Xavier Pierluca co-leads Spark+, is an Investment Committee member, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Fund's General Partner. He shares responsibility for fund strategy, origination, underwriting, transaction structuring and portfolio management across the Fund's modern cooking investments, working with portfolio companies and financing partners throughout the investment cycle. He also serves on the executive management team of Enabling Qapital, the Fund's appointed investment manager. Enabling Qapital is an equal shareholder in Spark+ GP.
